Staff were nice and friendly, prime location as it is a short walk away from major department stores in Shibuya, rooms were spacious enough. There are a few restaurants situated under and around the hotel which are all great to dine at.
Very close to Shibuya station and few steps to the bus station, staff were very courteous, respectful, and accommodating, this is our second time in this hotel, and will come back again
Location was perfect, and the rooms were clean. I also appreciated the amenities on the first floor that we could pick up whenever we wanted to (coffee, tea, etc). The cold water available to guests on the 1st floor was a nice touch, too. Oh, and I loved the Japanese-style restaurant on the basement floor.
Air con works well, good choice of restaurants on site.
Clean. Convenient to convenient store, shibuya crossing, food shops. Beds are comfortable.
