Breakfast selection was good. View was good. Facilities were clean.

The booking listed the room as "balcony with mountain view". Seeing the photos, I was nervous about this not being a good view. There is a sea. Actually, these are the best rooms. From the balcony you have a view of the sea. (Though from inside the room, you can mostly only see the mountain.) Moreover, the rooms with sea views have no balcony. So, if you are confused by which room. Go for the "balcony with mountain view" ones. The Onsen was delightful and had a great view. Go while it is light out! We also got the breakfast included. Usually, I avoid hotel breakfasts. Well, not in Japan, and not at this resort. The breakfast is well worth it, and there are also not really other nearby options.

Staff was super friendly from the beginning of our arrival until the end of our trip. Shuttle bus to the train station was a great service to have for our family to get dinner in the city.

Great breakfast! Nice View. Limited food option within hotel. Transportation to and from downtown can be cumbersome, so rent a car for freedom to move about the area freely.

Very nice stay and the staffs. I left my AirPods in the room while heading to Tokyo after checkout, and the staff help to deliver it back to me! Excellent service and highly recommend:)
