The staff were very helpful when I needed to ask questions and also check my bags in early. The onside Onsen was perfect! Check out was super easy - No card to hand back as it's all pin code and you just leave out the door before 10am.

This is a fantastic location. A five minute walk from the train station. A 7/11 and Lawson right down stairs. Has an amazing rooftop view, free breakfast and free hot tub. Also a free drink at night available in the lobby.

Great location, relaxing onsen, and a traditional Japanese healthy breakfast selection. Plus we had a great view of the sky tree from our room.

The location was nice, only one stop away from (Oshiage) Sky Tree and the Hanzomon line took us many places. There were many malls around the area, which meant a lot of food options and shopping. We were lucky to have Sky Tree view from the room. The bottom bed is a queen sized bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but if you eat lightly, you can easily pickup things at nearby Lawsons or 7-Eleven. The station is nearby as is a Starbucks and Excelsior Coffee. Location is excellent, near station, shopping and the Sumida Hokusai Museum. Across the street is the Tobu Levant Hotel where you can easily catch an airport limousine bus to Haneda.
