The staff was very helpful to navigate us with transferring our bags from Osaka to Kyoto.
The hotel is clean and good but restrooms are very small.
The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Location is accessible to transportation. Free coffee and tea!
The pajamas are so soft and we really enjoyed having the tatami floors.
Property is nicely located & rooms are not big, but are well organized, very clean & have nice amenities.
I had a small Japanese style room, very similar to a Toyoko standard room, only with a futon and missing a desk. Comfortable and quiet, and chosen because of the proximity to Osaka main station and the metro system. Close to a lot of little restaurants, and, using public transit, a good spot to launch daytrips throughout the Kansai area within an hour of leaving the hotel.
