We loved our stay at Togoro & the staff/owners are really nice. The room was great & comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn't have the breakfast as my girlfriend is a vegetarian, but the owners refunded us some of our booking & provided information on good places to go nearby which was very kind. It was also great being able to use the bath after a days skiing.
I like the room the facilities the people looking after the hotel and the surrounding areas, the hotel is very close to everything
The owners were smiling all the time and they made us feel at home
Everyday they gave us different Japanese breakfast style.. very very nice breakfast
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, very close to places to eat and a short walk to the ski resort.
