We loved our stay at Togoro & the staff/owners are really nice. The room was great & comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn't have the breakfast as my girlfriend is a vegetarian, but the owners refunded us some of our booking & provided information on good places to go nearby which was very kind. It was also great being able to use the bath after a days skiing.
I like the room the facilities the people looking after the hotel and the surrounding areas, the hotel is very close to everything

Our stay at Togoro in Nozawa Onsen was absolutely amazing! The included breakfast was a highlight, made in-house with all local ingredients, including rice grown by the owners – a truly authentic and delicious way to start the day.
The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always happy to answer any questions and offer fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. They also helped us get discounted lift passes and ski gear rental discounts, which made our trip even better.
The location was perfect – right next to a public onsen and just a one-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop that takes you straight to the slopes. The entire place was also spotlessly clean, making for a really comfortable stay.
We highly recommend staying at Togoro and will definitely be back next time we visit Nozawa Onsen!
