Close to the park, and the rooms were bigger than most japenese hotels.
Super cute theming and nice staff. Loved the surprise of the ceiling lighting up with stars. Loved having a convenience store and Disney gift shop at the hotel. Free shuttle bus around Disney property. And direct limousine bus available from Narita that drops you off at the front of the hotel.

I like the location because I visited Disneyland and I think the rooms provided for hotels in Japan are quite large
