I like the rooms and the beds. it was very comfortable. Check in and out was uncomplicated.

It was very traditional or what I would assume was traditional, quite cold, but the heaters and the duvet were sufficient enough! It was a really cool stay, very enjoyable and extremely comfortable. The duvet was like a little cloud.

The prices are definitely very affordable while having the comfort of your own appartment. Yes it’s small but as a solo traveler it was perfect. And once again, still a great value for the price. The whole building is a little old but everything was clean so no big deal at all.

Comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen that allows for simple cooking. Location was very close to kenrokuen garden and other attractions. There were instructions in English all throughout the room. It includes air cond and heater as well. This place was so amazing that we extended our stay

The property manager was very helpful and received a package for me which I ordered days earlier (an online purchase) and delivered to the apartment's address. It was dropped off in our room upon delivery. Check in required an arrangement with the property manager prior to our arrival via messaging but checking out (key drop off) was easy. The unit was more spacious than a business hotel room, and it's clean and tidy. The apartment was close to Kenrokuen. The walk to the train station, if carrying big or heavy bags, would be long, but buses to and from the station were nearby (turning a corner) and frequent.
