Hi, I think we left a black jacket there during our stay. We stayed at room 117 and was wondering if anyone found it. Please feel free to email me if anyone finds it. Other than that it was fantastic! Thanks !
There was enough space to open two 63L suitcases and more so it was stress-free repackaging my luggage. The lightings were cozy and relaxing. When you become a membership (free), you get free drinks(alcohol, water, coke) and snacks. Their onsen was a little smaller than others but it was nice to warm up before breakfast. I recommend the Tombo no Yu as it is modern, beautiful, and has more space and variety (indoor, outdoor, cold, sauna) with a zen-like atmosphere.
Overall, it is a clean hotel with great customer service!
The front desk staff were helpful and spoke enough English to have a conversation. The room exceeded my expectations and i love the Japanese style for half the room and western for the other half. Clean, tidy, :)
