Great location!! Beautiful hotel amazing staff. Really close to the train station and lots of good places like family mart and convenience stores.
A perfect location - still central but far from the touristy and congested Namba. Excellent connections with many metro options. The room is spacious and the comfort, design and the overall feel are very Voco, and exceptional. Big room sizes, large bathroom and an overall great experience.
Welcoming atmosphere, nice staff, well sized rooms and cleanliness
Clean and well-designed room. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Very good breakfast. Convenience to the location of Osaka Expo Center (only one subway transfer but requires to walk inside the subway paths to get to the Chuo line).
Excellent: Location - close to Metro. Staff - genuine, friendly, helpful. Accommodations - Clean and comfortable. The bathroom is great for travelers, including the wet room shower and tub set up and smart toilet.
We purchased the breakfast w our room. It was excellent! Wide variety in the buffet and the option to order custom eggs.
