We liked everything about the hotel. The front desk attendant was respondent to every request. The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a terrific assortment of exercise and relaxing facilities: saunas, steam bath, swimming pool, large jacuzzi and workout facilities all included without additional cost. The town of Bansko is very attractive and a relaxing place to spend our last 3 nights of nine in Bulgaria, the most under rated of 40 countries I have visited!

The beat part is the sauna and spa part, we spent 2 hours going from room to room and enjoying different type of sauna. The rooms and the hotel is a beautiful traditional mountain style, and the staff are friendly. You can walk everywhere , ski area is an easy 10 minute walk. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area. There is spacious parking and a nice restaurant with traditional food. We also had a balcony facing the mountains and it was beautiful.

One of the most amazing hotels I stayed at. Clean, very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the view from the window is breathtaking. The Spa is comfortable and very clean.

We liked everything - location, room, facilities, food, team, spa. Our family had a really great time in this hotel. We'll be back for sure.
