Location was fab, 10 mins walk to Metro 3 line which serves from airport to Pireaus and Athen's Riviera coastline. In well known, safe, residential area, very central. Keys await you the residential apartment, just in case you have a weird arrival time. Booking is usually 3pm though.
The apartment was nice, the wi-fi was fast and the facilities were working great. The towels, sheets, shampoo as well as shower gel were also provided. Besides the late arrival of the keys I recommend if you're mainly going to just sleep there or rest for a day.
