The hotel is near the GENENA shopping center, where you can walk. They take you to the sea by bus.
The food selection was not very large, but what was there was excellent. There was fish and chicken regularly, there was soup every day and delicious sugar cookies for breakfast. There are great people there, especially in the bar, the cooks and waiters were great.
Welcome at the reception? - a complete disaster!!! I had a hotel reservation from 29.12.2024! I arrived at check-in on 30.12.2024 at 3.00 AM, the receptionist told me that he had sold my room (expecting € or USD), since we were tired, I did not understand that he wanted money and left us waiting until 12.00, when another receptionist gave us a room without a pool view. While waiting, I saw other hotel guests coming, who gave him money in their hands and went to the room earlier than us. We asked for the safe 3 times, of course, they did not bring it. There was not even a phone in the room if I wanted to call the reception. The aforementioned receptionist regularly takes night shifts ..... and I now understand why.
