The service was great and they have a fast responding time , the rooms were clean and comfortable, we lost some items and they were found very fast

It was genuinely the best hotel stay I've ever had! The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and sweet! @Farida from guest relations literally made my trip! She contacted me before I even reached Egypt, made sure everything was to my liking, made my trip fun, and was just so sweet! She even kept checking on me throughout my stay. If there was a fun activity happening, she would text me to come quick and join! Loved loved loved her!
