the rooms are big, nice hotel and garden, with a little bit more generosity can be very nice hotel, but now bad timing and in this hotel economy stile cleaning are very good, pool is very nice
Personal do not care to to much, looks tired, i remember i come to reseption and was waiting o ask a question, the man was taking care of another woman and was not pay any attention to me like i was invisible, and after he just went away...how its possible?? i dont know???too much moskito in the room, food is not good, the same all he way, had a feeling about management try to save every penny in dining area, very bad animation team i was there one week and nobody was even come and talk to me, them was looking but like i was invisible for them no action..very dissapointed, only one bar open in lobbe, its should be one by each pool, but bouth bars by the pools are closed, this is the trik also to save money i know, cos i was lazy to go all the way, and for all 7 days just drinked 2 beers in bar, if it was closely i will be drinking much more, this is not good coz in vacation if u pay all inklusive u shoul get drunk, in this hotel if get a room by the other pool its too far to go to get a drink, bid disappointed
