The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. I spoke broken Spanish, and they spoke English so we were able to accommodate for our needs. A great comfy hotel room, just 17 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 12 from the bus/train station

very helpful staff , was there for you to whatever you wanted. 10 minutes from the center by walking , the room was also ok , very big bathroom ! worth it , I recommend it ! :)

Very good price for a very good location. Walking distance to city centre, a little further to bus and train stations. Clean room, decent wi-fi, TV with channels in English (if you fiddle a little with the settings). Check out at noon was a bonus, as I had a p.m. meeting and the weather was awful. Actually surprised it was a 1-star hotel.
