Perfect location to walk to all the important sights.
Cesar, was truly wonderful. He saved my stay in Madrid and assisted me to get to my next location. My cellphone was locked without international service. All of my tickets were blocked and without the use of the Internet I could not access my tablet.
Cesar figured out how to transfer the information to his phone then print my tickets. He also made sure I knew how to catch my train and how to connect to the bus service.
Being miles from home, anxious about traveling solo, limited understanding of the Spanish language and unsure of my surroundings it was both a relief and heart felt to have such friendship extended to me from a person I had just met. Truly will always remember his kindness
