It's was a great location! Easy to come and go. My room was on the 2nd floor in the back. Very quiet floor. I was surprised to see a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant in the same building.
It was immaculately clean, the location was perfect and the receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

Extremely central location. Very comfy beds and good lighting. Amazing shower and water flow! One of the best/fastest running showers. Water bottle provided. Good refrigerator. Lovely view overlooking Gran Via. A LOT of food options downstairs. An amazing Japanese restaurant 'Kiraku' in the side street. Staff is lovely! You can also store luggage after checkout. The lockers are big and they charge 3 euros per day per locker (XL size bag in one locker). Good and comfortable stay for a night or two in amazing central location.
