The room was clean and well presented. With modern appliances including a very large smart tv and microwave with electric auto opening door.The building benefitted by have 3 wheely bins so throwing rubbish away was not a struggle
The instructions to enter the house for the first time and afterwards were very clear and convenient to use.
There are plenty of lovely, local restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores nearby.
The kitchen space was new and very spacious to allocate groceries, and equipped with most kitchenware to conveniently eat at home.
The three radiators worked wonderfully during our winter stay.

well organized, clean and well maintained. location very near to main attractions in Madrid and well connected to metro and lot of eating place nearby with various options.
