The apartment was clean and spacious. We had children with us and there were two "double" beds downstairs and a sofa bed in the front room when you came in so there was plenty of room, each bed for two people. The kitchen was great to be able to cook in and everything was easy to find. They had a little basket of random plug adapters which was helpful as well. We were given great directions on how to find the location and the key and then how to find the parking. We used the washer for a load of laundry. Bathrooms were great. One had a toilet, sink and shower and there was another with just a toilet and sink.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable for large groups. It’s within walking distance to most sights. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out and does not match the pictures. It could use a thorough cleaning, but otherwise it is a good choice for Florence.

Lots of space, nice courtyard, plenty of beds, nice kitchen, good location near the tram. Host is communicative.

Comfortable, very spacious and quiet flat, in a nice area. Nice little courtyard to relax. The host was friendly and helpful. when I come back to Florence, I’ll be sure to stay here again :)
