Great clean facilities, close to the station but not-so-close (if you get it). Quiet, walkable, best front desk support.

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and friendly. She upgraded our room for free. Communication was always efficient, and they helped handle food deliveries for us.

Location is about 20 minutes walk out of the city centre, but there truly are worst things in life than a walk along the Arno to get where you need to be, the location was just perfect for me and I enjoyed the ease of the property backing onto the river as it was very easy to find when returning from a hot day. AC was absolutely perfect for evening recovery, room was much larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and were able to provide plenty of reccomendations for different restaurants and local needs such as the grocery store and safe areas at night.

Beautiful inside. Clean and new building is the feeling as soon as you walk in. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They supply the rooms with water both still and sparkling. Nespresso machine and tea pot. Mini frig as well.

The hotel was modern and the room spacious. Although there is no restaurant at the hotelthere are many good local restaurants a short walk from the hotel.
