Got upgraded to a larger room which was much appreciated as the smaller rooms would be a bit too small for two people. Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is a short walk to almost everywhere.
Great place, close to the city center.
Free coffee and water in the morning. Super clean. AC working great. Parking garage literally next door to the hotel. They have hairdryer available for you to use at the reception.
Location was amazing. The staff went above and beyond helping me find an additional room for unexpected visitors to the city when this hotel was full. Price was great
Stefano was so helpful and accommodating, and everyone on staff was so kind. The location is close to the train station, and the Duomo - perfect for anyone hoping to explore the major city sites. Self-serve complimentary coffee, juice, and breakfast items were a nice way to start the day.
