It was perfectly located, great to hop on and off from Firenze Train station. The room was big and very clean. The staff had the courtesy of leaving the AC on prior to our arrival making a very pleasant arrival. The room was as pictures describe it.
The staff was very friendly, the place was quiet and close to the areas that I wanted to visit.
The beds were very comfortable. The location was exceptional. The staff was helpful! They also let us store the luggage after checkout for no additional costs, a rare thing to find in Florence.
I'd recommend the stay!
