The accommodations and the staff were PERFECT. It's a gorgeous building and the staff member Roberta was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really cared and made everything wonderful and we miss her already!
Casa Boticelli is a wonderful and historic property, and Giacomo was exceptional as both a host and guide of the area. He went out of his way to help us understand the neighborhood and house - was a great stay!
