Very nice, clean and spacious apartment with all the basics needed for a short stay in Matera. Located in the "new" Matera, it is about 15 minutes' walk to the old Matera. The host is extremely helpful and promptly solved any questions we had. Free parking is available in the streets around the apartment.
Excellent option. Spacious, comfortable, clean and lots of free parking. 10 minute walk to Sassi. Supermarkets and restaurants near.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was also in a good location. The water and breakfast snacks left for us in the kitchen were very much appreciated.
Location was great as it was a short walk into the main city attraction, parking the car outside the accommodation was excellent at no charge. The host was very accommodating stressed though the check in and out times which was fine.Very clean, comfy beds perfect stay for our needs.
It was walking distance to Sassi di Matera and other attractions. There was free car parking in the street which was very handy. It had all the basic kitchen essentials to cook some meals. Rocco was a great host, communicated all details needed to check in and showed us all details on the unit we needed to know.
