The flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, located in a silent street close to the bus stop. Fabio and his family is a really friendly and helpful person. Thank you for the wonderfull stay.
Clean, comfortable, spacious, very friendly host. If you want central city, it’s quite a walk - 35 mins - we don’t mind walking and the apartment was worth the walk. Fabio was helpful and arrival / check in was smooth. Thank you very much
Really great location! Its quiet and safe, close to the center and with a bus station around a corner. Still possible to find nice cafes and restaurants in the area as well as markets. Communication with a host was good, we truly appreciated the possibility of a later check in. Balcony had a nice view into the inner block. We had everything we needed to truly enjoy our vacation!
We liked this accommodation very much. Fabio is a great host who had no problem with a late check-in and it was possible to leave the suitcases in the apartment on the day of departure. The apartment is great, clean, spacious in a quiet part of town. The beds are perfect!! The location without an elevator on the third floor was not a problem - Bologna is full of delicious food - it's good to take the stairs. Thank you Fabio for your apartment and all the tips you gave us during our stay - we will definitely be happy to come back.
Дуже затишна та чиста квартира, зручна локація, гостинний господар! Рекомендую ці апартаменти для оренди, спокійний район , поруч магазини та зупинки автобуса, півгодини пішки до центру, фото та опис помешкання повністю відповідають дійсності
