Easy self-check-in and friendly and supportive staff - excellent electronic building management system for access and entry. Good beds, proper shower and super central location. Walkable in 10 minutes from central station.
The location is very good. Old city and shopping street are just on the corner. Realy liked the online doors control, simple and safe. No need to contact anyone when you are there. TV and AC works fine.
Central position, very good cleaning, spacious room
Great location. A few steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants or old Bari. The bus station is right in front of the building.
The room received (4) does not have a balcony or terrace as advertised on booking. The only view the room has is from the bathroom window...but there is nothing to see. This might be a plus...as you will not hear the noise from the main street.
The room door should do better soundproofing.
When we required help to enter the building, the gentleman was super helpful via WhatsApp and set up a new code for the door entry app. Getting into the building could have gone wrong, and nearly did.
