Absolutely superb hotel with amazing staff and a truly perfect location. Rosie and the gentleman that looking after the place were both exceptionally kind and polite, as was Sara who was part of the management. The walls are extra thick so the rooms are really sound proof.

The room was absolutely amazing. So comfortable, cozy, great character. The building is really cool and historic and has coffee available. One of the workers, Rosie, is an absolute gem! It was also easy to talk to the hotel on WhatsApp

This was a stunningly beautiful accomodation in a perfect location. It is located on a smaller street which is quieter but still has everything you could want close by. Chiara was very helpful and quick to answer any question we had and Rosie kept the room sparkling clean for us! I would highly recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to a time we can return!

This is a lovely and charming hotel in a great location. It was a short walk to the Duomo. We liked the beautiful frescoes on the walls of the hotel, and we also enjoyed the private patio attached to our room. In addition, the hotel always has hot tea available. The managers were welcoming and kind. Although they spoke very little English, we were able to communicate easily through Google Translate.
