- 24hr front desk
- no keys needed, though that felt weird at first, but I got used to it
- 5-10min walk from the metro station
- neighborhood is residential, local, and safe
- 24hr grocery store nearby
- large lockers (bring your own lock, but make sure it's not a super thick one, because it won't fit)

- staff is accommodating to complaints (someone was talking on the phone loudly in the kitchen and we could hear them from our room at 1am and they told him he had to be quiet. our bathroom was in the hallway and smelled strongly of urine and they cleaned it and got rid of the smell)

Everything was perfect! The best hostel so far in my whole Europe trip ! The staff was super helpful and kind. Beds were clean, extra pillows were provided if asked ! Highly recommended .
I like that it has really comfortable beds to sleep. I am a person who hates sleeping on second floor bed, but here I did not even mind.
The staff is very nice and the roommates are all friendly.
Great price. Although the location is a bit far from the centre, it was still very convenient for a short stay or transit. There is a metro station nearby. Hassle-free.
