The rooms were very clean and the beds were firm, which allowed us to rest adequately after long days walking. A plus for this hotel, beyond the fact that is in central Florence, is the terrace, which has a fantastic view of the Duomo and other structures. It's fantastic to have coffee, a drink or just sit there to relax whenever the sun is not high up!

* location - great location to the train station, Duomo, Basilica San Lorenzo, and restaurants.

* cleanliness - the room has a safe box, mirrors, and bathroom essentials

* spacious restroom - the restroom was spacious and had great natural

Light coming from frosted windows.

There is an option for breakfast but my reservation didn’t come with it.

Overall, I enjoyed my stayed.

Great location, AC was awesome, staff were accommodating and very nice, and the view from the rooftop is spectacular.

The room was modern and aircon controllable. Bed was comfortable but pillows a bit hard. The staff member was extremely helpful in telling us the way to the parking garage. Security was good and breakfast very adequate cereal and boiled eggs. Bathroom and shower excellent.

The staff was very helpful when we forgot an item on the room.
