The property was located next to the Duomo which made it easy to find and navigate from to see the sights. The staff were very attentive and showed me to my room.

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Andrea at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Anything that we needed he was always more than willing to accommodate. He was terrific. When we had a minor issue with the room Pasquale was also super helpful and willing to address the matter. The hotel was awesome and the staff including Andrea and Pasquale made it the best!

Excellent location a half block from the Duomo. Breakfast is not included, but is available in the adjoining hotel breakfast terrace one floor down for 13 euros each, a good breakfast with good service. The hotel has an elevator from the ground floor to the room floor. Room was large, clean, comfortable beds, good storage, modern bathroom, tile floors, a mini-fridge, and AC (very nice in a very hot June). Complimentary wine, water, and snacks were in the room on the first day. The breakfast terrace is a restaurant at lunch and dinner; food was good and it was convenient to be able to eat on the terrace at the hotel after a full day of touring Florence. For a two star hotel this hotel exceeded our expectations.
