Easy walking distance for all areas, Marco gave us really good advice on where to eat and highlights to see. Very accommodating about printing off train tickets. We also had an up grade to an apartment style room which was really appreciated.
Only slight issue was that the WiFi didn’t work in our room, maybe because reception is on the second floor and we were on the ground floor but to be fair we didn’t raise this at the time.
