Nice size rooms, large bathroom, very clean. Excellent location! Rooftop pool and bar were fab!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Corrina, Stephanie and front desk staff personnel were very friendly and helpful. Also, the chef would always come out and check her food and make sure everyone is happy. She takes much pride in her food and deserts that she makes.
The room was wonderful!! The top notch was the air conditioning, so hard to find a hotel in Florence where you can control the a/c from your room.
The bar at the roof was amazing! We enjoyed the view and spectacular sunsets!!
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a lot of different options, and the best cappuccino!

Hotel only few mins. walking distance to train station and leather market. Area very congested, but it is in convenient spot. Hotel room beautiful but small. Roof top is great with good music and bar. Didn't use pool, but good size and beautiful views. Staff wonderful and friendly. Good breakfast.
