We had a very late check-in due to a late train. The staff were very accomodating and nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable with everyting we needed. I recommend this hotel!
Great value. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly and fast check-in. Good location in a nice, "regular" neighborhood. Easy walk to Loreto station. An excellent cafe just around the corner.
Good location, very close to Piola metro station. Our hosts were great, they were so accommodating. It was no problem to leave our large case with them initally when we'd arrived too early to check in and they carried the case up three floors to our room so it was there for us when we did check in later. They were also great the next day when we asked if it was okay to leave our case with them again for several hours - that wasn't a problem for them either. There was quite a nice view over lots of gardens from our balcony. There was very little outside noise and our beds were fairly comfortable too. The room was very clean also
The room was spacious, clean and with comfortable bed.
Hotel has all properties for comfortable stay, for the price its perfect. I like the staff, they are very friendly, gave us boiling water for tea, iron and overall was responsive
