The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. It is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the lagoon, it is possible to park for free on the street and it is a few meters from the bus stop that takes you to the vaporetto station, with several lines to get around Venice. The owners have been very kind, facilitating check in and check out, providing extra information and also leaving some basic things for daily use in the house.
The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything, even a bottle of wine, mineral water and fruit were waiting for us. The bed in the children's room is a bit uncomfortable, the bed in the master bedroom is particularly comfortable. We had cool weather, but we were able to turn on the heating. The bus stop that takes you to the vaporetto is close by. The lady managing the apartment is extremely nice.
Einfaches aber gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit Blick auf die Lagune. Alles blitzsauber und angenehm. Bushaltestelle + kleines Restaurant/Pizzeria 100m entfernt. Busfahrt zum Hafen Lido SME dauert 5min, von dort gute Anbindung zur Piazza San Marco.
This is a very nice apartment, with kind and welcoming host. We had a really pleasant stay.
Monica provided an excellent experience all around. Communication was quick and easy over WhatsApp. We chose to get a private water taxi from the train station and when I told her, she spoke to the driver to direct him to a jetty less than 5 minutes from our accommodation. Her colleague met us and helped with bags. Settling payment was quick and easy and he explained to us how and where to get the bus to the ferry terminal, and recommended his favorite gelateria. She left us wine, water, fruit and coffee and the apartment was well equipped with washing machine (amazing glassed in balcony for drying clothes), dishwasher, detergent, enough towels, shower gel. We loved the furnishings. Also provided an excellent folder of information. Amazing water view from every balcony! A wonderful spot in a residential area but still an easy journey to tourist-filled Venice.
