Location was very good. Close to the train station and other bus stations. The staff very suportive.

The apartment was fantastic. The location is in the center, close to many opportunities (river Arno, sightseeing, train station, conad, shops). The building was a lovely old building. It was clean and well-equipped. The owner was super kind, helpful and always responded quickly. It is a great choice to stay in Florence.

We loved the size of the apartment, with the large living room and kitchen. The tiles, and the furniture also made it feel like a home away from home. There was also a nice cafe across the street, and a few restaurants. The small packets of cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper etc was also very thoughtful and efficient for short stays (it would be too much to buy whole bottles of oil and spices if you want to cook but wont be staying for too long). The location was also great as it was close to the river, a scenic walk to the Ponte Vecchio towards the center. Communication with the support team was also timely and pleasant.

Nice clean apartment, we had a good sleep. Very central location.
