One issue was in the bathroom, loud ventilation and smelly . Otherwise all was fine .

It was in a great location. Loved to be able to walk everywhere

the room was super clean and comfortable, the location is super good just a 6 min walk to the metro.

Staff were always helpful. We checked in later at night and the instructions left for us to check in to our room were very clear and made the process easy for us. Comfy Bed, little terrace, cold water provided and large shower/bathroom. Full length mirror was great and coffee machine in room. We loved that we could watch Netflix

LOVED THIS STAY! Was in the perfect area, about a 15 min walk to the Duomo but had plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at. The area was very safe as well and the staff was very friendly. The wifi worked great as well. There is thankfully an elevator to get into the hotel so no having to drag luggage up 5 flights of stairs. We were able to leave our luggage at reception while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room had a balcony that was perfect for our evening coffee. One thing to be aware of which made me nervous at first was there is virtual check in where you can use your phone to get in and out of the building. We did not have data since we were traveling from out of the country so there wasnt a way for us to virtually enter the building. They thankfully gave us a code so we could unlock a key to access their building and then at the hotel door we did have wifi that we could then enter from if that makes sense. Once that was figured out we were good to go!
