The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean
The location is very near to the city center and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Mila & Russian man both were so helpful my daughter got sick & they made sure ambulance was arranged / Medical facility was provided very cozy room & staff is amazing

The staff was really helpful, supportive and kind. The location and the room was good, and the price even better. Each member of the staff had very good English, that is an asset in Kasakhstan!
