Beautiful clean hotel, premium location and helpful staff.
Excellent location, the bed is comfortable, spacious room and very helpful staff from reception even to housekeeping
Ibis and Novotel actually the same here. Only difference in rooms.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here very much.
The location was perfect with top restaurants in the vicinity. Everyone was polite and respectful.
The room was always cleaned, and the hotel staff was very accommodating.
I especially loved how quiet it was in our room.
A little note is that a few times we had to call the reception to ask for different things that were not provided, like towels, slippers, teabags, room cleaning. I’d suggest that the cleaning staff have some sort of a checklist for each room to see if everything was done ✅ That way they can ensure consistency in the service.
