Neat and clean and friendly staff , near to bus stop and lots of great restaurants
The rooms were clean and the hotel is conveniently located. There were shops around and cafe and restaurants, so I didn’t have to walk too long

Highly recommended budget-friendly hotel in the city center of Almaty. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed for 13 nights in a cozy, clean room with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining and supermarkets options nearby. Everything was exceptional. I would definitely stay there when I visit Almaty again.
This is a fantastic location. Close to the main station, city center any restaurants and shops that you might need. Staff is very nice and polite. They are always there so you can come to them with any questions you might have.
