Got a free upgrade to panoramic bay view king room upon arrival without even having to ask. Room was the absolute nicest room I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing, and the facilities were amazing. Cannot say one bad thing about this place.
Amazing property, very modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful, loved the refreshment area behind reception and the happy hour in the evenings. Nice bar too. Great gym!
I tell the hotel that we are celebrating birthday and they gave us a free cake, fruit and also decorated the room with balloons. Which is totally surprising.
