The hotel is clean and the rest area is fantastic.

I like the coffee machine in the rest area and drinks there is for free.

Nicely located, friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast

I liked the facilities. We had a kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but which was very nice nonetheless. The best part was checking out. We were startled to meet Shaun, who is not Chinese, on staff. His English was perfect and talking to him was nice. Her assisted us to load our bags into a Didi and negotiated with her when she resisted taking our suitcases.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were immaculate. The staff was very courteous.

Friendly staff, and Shuan can speak English, he is also very helpful and knowledgeable about Shenzhen, comfortable stay, excellent Wi-Fi, very good breakfast. Good location.
