Convenient location, comfortable room. Gym and indoor pool are very nice; great option for any kind if trip. Nice but pricey breakfast; you pay for the variety and convenience. Attentive and pleasant restaurant staff.

Rooms are clean and modern, location is great, breakfast really good. There is good restaurants in the hotel.
Location was good - Shenzhen little spread out - but close to shopping, restaurants, parks and metro so all good.
It is conveniently located near COCO Plaza, a main shopping area in Shenzhen. Also convenient to access the subway. We got a checkout time of 2:00 PM (we arrived late the day before). The booked with breakfast (very good) and got a free room upgrade as Genius level 2.
