The Chef, waiters and Cafe. The location was also excellent due to nearness to the Sarawak River

Room was clean and spacious, good soundproofing. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international food and tasted good. Location of the hotel is convenient at the waterfront, with a coffee place and a convenience store just opposite.

The room is spacious, the hotel is in Kuching city opposite the clean and beautiful Kuching Waterfront. The hotel staff offered 5-star service.

Pretty much every regarding staff, location, breakfast and room.

This is the 1st time I stay in Hilton Kuching after seeing and passing it for several times during my last visit to Sarawak. What can I say, it is all the below : Staff - Warmth, friendly,helpful,cheerful. This is the hospitality of the people of Sarawak Room - Value for money. No grievances. Amenities - Overall excellent if u need any extra or others amenities just check with the service center if it is provided & rest assure it will be promptly delivered. Services - Excellent right from the bellman,front desk colleagues,housekeeping colleagues,room service, F&B to the securities & Engineering. Everyone is very helpful makes u feel welcome and it's feel like you are at home. Service timing also excellent and request were attended in timely manner Brand image - with the excellent services displays by all of the staff, It's reflects the true hospitality of Hilton Kuching and most of all the hospitality from the people of Sarawak. Please do keep it up.
