great location, awesome view ! near 24hrs MCD, but most important, just in the middle of all Kuching's attractions. the house is comfortable, got washing machine work nicely. affordable price with good facilities. thanks ya

The view is really nice, the facilities is exceptional, even the building is old but it still value for stay. The owner is very nice, friendly and guiding. The guard also nice and friendly. For me i will like to go 9/10. Because its cheaper.

The location was perfect for us! With direct access to the river promenade. The apartment had a balcony with the river view, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. A special thanks to madam Wong who made sure everything was well and taken cared of. Definitely recommend this place

This apartment offers a truly convenient location with a 7-Eleven convenience store in the building and a 24/7 McDonald's just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself boasts a lovely river view and provides a fully functional kitchen with a stove, kettle, utensils, and microwave. The building also features a swimming pool on the 16th floor with laundry facilities, and the apartment includes a hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. Ample parking day all night (People shouting HOWDY NEIGHBOR!). Bonus info for the drinkers, there is a bar on the ground floor of the building which closes at 1.30AM.

Nice view from the balcony. The room is big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The facilities are also good, they provide all the things that we need eg. washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer, iron and so on. The owner was also friendly and fixed all the problems almost immediately. We will come back for sure when we visit Kuching next time.
