Staff, especially the staff, their welcomeness and approachability are top notch

The hotel location is good, the staff is friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious.

My stay was pleasant & comfortable. The room is big for 3 adult. the check in was smooth and fast. Have small fridge, toiletries, water bottle and can make tea in room. the breakfast is simple but ok for the amount that we have paid. Toilet is clean and got big vanity mirror. Definitely will choose this hotel again when i come to Sarawak.

Major Plus: The staff team is of 5-star hotel level quality despite being in a budget hotel. You can sense the true passion to serve, ever-ready to give the wow. Extremely helpful, always smiling and welcoming. They did utmost to ready the your room before your arrival. Nice to be able to check in on arrival. Room is huge. Bed is comfy and clean. Location is near entrance of Chinatown, and is accessible to many attractions within 15min by car. Secure and safe with keycard-only lift access.

The rooms were nice and had a good air conditioning unit. It was a nice place to stay and worth the pay. The showers were nice, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The bed was large, and the lights were conveniently placed.
