Pool was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were incredibly maintained and beautiful. Really loved seeing all the little animals on the grounds. Was a beautiful resort.
The food was good - buffet and the 2 restaurants we tried. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well kept. Enjoyed the wildlife on the property. Iguanas, coatis, agouti, all made the time more fun. Appreciated the great air conditioning in our hotel rooms. It was hot while we were there.
Beautiful property, helpful staff, quality food choices. Amazing all-inclusive and my go-to resort in Mexico.
The entertainment, specially for kids, and the beach area
My favourite spot was the Kay beach club which actually was not inclusive, it was extra cost. But the food was really amazing there and the beach was shallow and sandy. Kids loved waterpark slides and splash pool. The bracelets let kids go to their rooms on their own, which was very useful.
