The host was amazing. She had many ideas of what to do in the area and we enjoyed everything she suggested from her cenote choices and zip line/atv adventure as well as booking us a snorkel tour. She also made custom meals for my celiac child. My family loved being with the animals and relaxing in her shaded pool. Couldn't recommend it more.

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than once, and we love it! Is pet friendly and that’s very important to us, as we always travel with our dog. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the hotel grounds are well maintained, with a pool and a peaceful relaxation area. It’s a lovely place to be, and you can really feel the care and love that’s been put into it. The owner is very friendly , warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy some quiet time surrounded by nature. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The location, although slightly away from the main areas, is at an amazing spot where you can refresh and run away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the breakfast prepared by Roberto, and fun talks with Malonie. The location is great if you want to go to Puerto Morelos, Cancun, and Chichen Itza. I plan to add a full tour of this place on my YouTube channel, Desi Rocket Scientist.
