This guest house is located a 10 minutes' drive from the beach and two blocks from downtown Tulum. Maison Tulum features an on-site restaurant and rooms with mini-bars and free Wi-Fi throughout. This place was extremely charming. Guillermo, the staff member who greeted us upon arrival, was friendly and kind and helpful. It was extremely conveniently located within easy walking distance of the local ADO bus station, which made things much easier for us. AC worked well, mini fridge in the room was helpful. Very beautiful plants, friendly cats, good location. Very clean and felt very safe.

The air conditioning works well, the bed was comfortable, the location is very central, close to everything, and the environment with lots of plants was very pleasant. Guillermo is a great guy.

Great little hideaway from the main strip. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was excellent. Just a couple of blocks from all the restaurants, bars and shops in Tulum. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
