The location is excellent, we were so close to everything we could walk, yet it was two small blocks off the main street so it was super quiet and we slept really well. The staff are very friendly and let us leave our bags before going to explore before check in and after check out. Overall, it's excellent value for money and I couldn't fault them.
Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. There were 6 lounge chairs by the pool. They installed a new pump on pool. Restaurant across the street. Laundry, drug store and convenient store nearby. ADO about 6 blocks. Appreciated free water and coffee.
Staff were very helpful and nice, location was perfect and safe. Hotel was very clean and quite.
I had a special request with changing the days I originally booked it and the staff was really nice and everything went smooth. I can recommend this Hotel for everyone thats stays in Tulum!
