The hotel was very easy to find, once you come in the side door all of the doors are signposted with instructions on how to lock and unlock as they are digital passcode locks. The room is amazing, everything was so clean and laid out perfectly.

Bed was very comfortable shower tray was lethal (needs a mat) great view also needs a wardrobe

Liked the experience as was something different and a different way of hotelling in that there's key code and your left alone to do whatever. You are provided with contact numbers however for emergencies and a email for enquiries.

The staff we met in the cafe and halls were all so wonderful. The room was good. A little small for what we paid but it was pretty and had a nice story to go with it. Very convenient location to explore Whitby which was fab and parking up to 4 days free in certain zones. We had some food and drink in the cafe and really enjoyed the hash with bloody Mary sauce. All in all, very nice experience.

We were there on the busiest weekend of the year during the Whitby Regatta, so a central location was optimal and within walking distance to the center of Whitby. The room was great and we enjoyed the downstairs cafe.
